LME, Stork and Candover continue their formal discussions on alternative structure
It has become clear that the required numbers of shares will not be tendered for acceptance under the public offer for all outstanding shares in Stork N.V., therefore Candover has decided to withdraw its offer. During the past two weeks LME, Candover and Stork have continued their discussions and are now looking at possibilities for an alternative transaction structure, taking into account the interest of all stakeholders in Stork.
Further announcements will be made when appropriate and in any case not later
than in the first half of October 2007.
